Build a greenhouse where culture can flourish


At The Corporate Greenhouse, we understand that organizational alignment isn’t easy to achieve or maintain; it’s difficult, nuanced work to manage through complex human and business transitions.    
Still, when culture, strategy and people are insightfully managed, important work gets done and people achieve objectives that benefit their organizations, their teams and themselves. We are fortunate to work across many firms, industries and organizational settings on a diversity of initiatives and we bring objectivity with proven processes.

In our experience, the best way to create and develop cultures that attract and retain very talented, collaborative employees is to facilitate important conversations.  Strategic and collaborative planning conversations, coaching conversations and conversations that improve relationships among team members are levers that can change the way people work.
​Over the course of our careers we have been party to many different types of change and we’ve seen new leaders, merged organizational cultures and reorganized companies struggle mightily to actively manage these transitions well. It can be painful to watch and even more painful to be a part of: at worst, customers and clients have a front row seat to internal competition, power grabs, confusion and the resulting loss of focus and teamwork.  At best, customers see nimble, resilient leaders and teams who plan for, embrace and work the new dynamic to their advantage.​

We’ve experienced the satisfaction and pride when executive leadership, all functional teams and those people in successive tiers were fully aligned in support of clear objectives. Seeing everyone do their best work is very rewarding.  It is why we ‘suit up’ every day.
