Noreen Buchner, Principal, M.A. OD
Noreen is an avid learner who is deeply curious about organizational culture, leadership and talent strategy. She serves as a thinking partner to executive teams who are committed to creating collaborative, highly effective cultures where people come together to do the best work of their careers.
As a corporate leader in her 30s and early 40s, Noreen developed client relationships and was instrumental in targeting and securing new business. She was responsible for achieving financial objectives, improving asset value, professionally developing a diverse team and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Noreen believes that work can and should be profoundly meaningful – sometimes even joyful. She is an optimistic, tenacious team leader who brings high energy, confidence and clarity to her client engagements. As a natural collaborator and facilitator who values personal and professional growth, she surrounds herself with people who bring complimentary skills and interests.
Over the past decade, since founding The Corporate Greenhouse, her clients have valued the leadership development, collaborative planning and culture / team building programs she and her team design and facilitate. They come to rely on her pragmatic business acumen, expert facilitation skills and her team’s ability to deliver measurable results.
Noreen earned her B.S. from Drexel University and her M.A. in Organizational Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University. She’s an accredited, certified coach by the International Coach Federation and holds various behavioral assessment certifications.

Karen Daly Smith, Senior Consultant, M.A. OL
Karen actively engages with organizations in various industries, providing leadership development coaching, cultural assessments, strategic planning and team building with the primary objective of linking talent to a clear plan. Her core focus is on growing talent, transparent leadership, and developing clear business plans and high-performing teams.
Karen’s hands-on leadership style builds trust and enables her to recognize and maximize individual strengths. She is caring, empathetic and an exceptional mentor. She has a strong moral character of integrity and honesty and is motivated by helping people develop their potential. Her critical thinking skills and ability to ask strategic questions help others develop such skills themselves.
As an executive leader in the commercial real estate sector, Karen led complex business units with direct oversight of brokerage, management, project management and corporate outsourcing programs. For more than 20 years Karen has developed strong leaders, managed client partnerships and created significant revenue and margin increases year after year.
Karen received her B.S. from the University of Maryland and her Masters in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia Biblical University (PBU). Karen currently serves as an adjunct professor in the Masters’ program at PBU.

Kelsey Jaros, Associate, M.A. IOP
Kelsey is an Organizational Development Associate at The Corporate Greenhouse. She is passionate about supporting organizational change through professional development coaching and meeting facilitation. She values collaboration and productive teamwork and she is motivated by the challenge of organizational transformation.
Kelsey graduated from West Chester University’s (WCU) Industrial / Organizational Psychology Master’s program (2016) with a 3.7 GPA. While completing her degree, she held a full-time graduate assistantship where she oversaw the fitness department at WCU’s Campus Recreation Center. This experience gave Kelsey the opportunity to manage more than 20 employees and aligned with her passion for teaching, fitness and wellness. She led large group classes as well as individual coaching sessions for students and faculty.
Since 2014, Kelsey has interned at The Corporate Greenhouse and has witnessed the complexity of organizational life and the need to align strategic priorities with a clear talent management plan.
She works directly with clients, co-facilitates workshops and administers behavioral assessments. She is adaptable, intuitive, curious and poised to make a significant contribution to our OD practice.

Marcus Bost Jr., Associate, M.A. IOP
Marcus is an Organizational Development Associate at The Corporate Greenhouse. His skills and interests revolve around performance management, training & development, planned change and organizational strategy.
A 2016 graduate from West Chester University’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master’s program, Marcus represented his cohort and presented research during events at West Chester University, Temple University and the annual conference for the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. While at WCU, Marcus worked on campus as a Graduate Consultant and obtained a summer internship with QVC’s client-facing Vendor Education & Development team.
Marcus studied abroad in a small town in Spain’s Northern Asturias region named Oviedo and traveled throughout Europe while completing his undergraduate degree at Temple University. These cultural experiences opened his eyes to a diversity of cultures, which inform his work today.
After Temple, Marcus completed a year of service working for an AmeriCorps non-profit organization called “City Year” which is dedicated to improving student academic performance and retention. These formative experiences helped shape his self-view, work ethic and skill set. He brings these insights to his work with clients at The Corporate Greenhouse.
