The Timeline |
In our experience, coaching typically lasts between 9 and 12 months for each participant. However, the readiness and willingness to change can impact the duration of the coaching engagement. In our experience, highly motivated participants often complete coaching in 8-10 months; others reach a natural culmination in 12 months. Throughout the program, we will assess and discuss the progress with both the client & manager and make adjustments on an individual basis.

Phase 1: Data GatheringThe first phase is a discovery period where clients complete a few behavioral assessments and a biographical interview to establish a baseline (so together we can measure progress against very specific coaching goals). During this phase we conduct a 360° evaluation and share feedback with the client.

Phase 2: Piloting New BehaviorDuring the second phase, there are six 90-minute coaching sessions along with progress reports. In phase two, we work with the client to co-create a coaching plan including high-impact goals and a targeted road map to achieve those goals. We also provide the client with tools to manage career transitions and to grow both personally and professionally.

Phase 3: Continued FeedbackIn phase three, we attend and observe team meetings with participant and direct reports and provide feedback and developmental elements on leadership effectiveness and productivity of the meeting. During this phase, we also continue to provide insights & an assessment of team dynamics, as well as assist clients in applying their learning to specific scenarios.
